STD Screening

Do I Need an STD Checkup?

  1. Have I had more than one sex partner in the past year since my last STD check up?
  2. Have any of my sexual partners recently had an STD?
  3. Have I exchanged money or drugs for sex since my last STD check up?
  4. Do I have symptoms of an STD?

Did you say yes to ANY of these? Then it is probably a good idea to get tested for STDs. Be sure to ask your medical provider.

For more information or to find an STD clinic near you, go to www.hivtest.org or www.inspot.org.

Most STDs Are Asymptomatic, and so Regular Screening for These Risk Factors is Vitally Important.

Medical providers recommend regular sexual risk screening and assessment at least once a year.
